- Agile and PMI recommended approaches to Program & Project Management.
- Solid expertise in outlining & executing project charters.
- Implementing approaches to improve overall efficiencies and productivity.
- Creating and Managing project schedules.
- Facilitating review sessions and establishing and updating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Resource allocations.
- Publish, monitor, and report on project schedules.
- Provide project oversight and management of identified projects.
- Maintain, update and provide weekly status reports, including milestones and risks.
- Develop project documentation consistent with business and PMO standards.
- Develop and implement reporting tools for the PMO.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for PMO.
- Provide support & training for tools being used by the PMO (MS Project, Share Point, Project Server, VersionOne etc.)
- Extensive experience with the design and implementation of executive level scorecards, dashboards, and reports.
